Childline
Childline offer mental health support for children and young people under the age of 19. They have resources on there web page and also have a 24hr call line. Contact them on 0800 1111.
Samaritans
Samaritans Scotland offer a free helpline for those who are struggling and need mental health advice. Contact them on 116 123 or email them at [email protected].
Shout
Shout offers a free and confidential text support service. If you are struggling contact them on 85258.
Breathing Space
Breathing space offers free confidential mental health advice and support. If you are struggling contact them on 0800 83 85 87.
Cruse Bereavement Care
Cruse Bereavement Care offer a free helpline to help support those dealing with loss. Contact them on 0808 808 1677.
